CalPERS Dependent Eligibility

Verification Audit has begun

 

CalPERS has hired HMS Employer Solutions to conduct audit.

All employees who have “dependents” enrolled

in medical insurance will receive a letter.

Verifying documentation must be submitted directly to HMS.

All new employees must enroll for benefits upon being hired; they are not done automatically. All documents and enrollment forms are available in the District Office and may be obtained from our Benefits forms page.


 

2015 Benefit Changes

CalPERS will now offer Acupuncture and Chiropractic Services on all HMO & PPO plans beginning in January 2015.

HMO and PPO plans will now have Pharmacy (RX) Annual Maximum Copay. See Plan Summary for more details.
