Computers to Purchase

In an effort to streamline the PC computer procurement process we have standardized the PC configurations. These systems use industry standard processors, flat panel displays, optical drives, and have 3 years of service included.

When special configurations are required please contact Information Technology Services.  Please include the special computing needs that create the enhanced requirements and the special features desired. Information Technology Services will generate a custom configuration and quotation to meet your special needs and return it to you by reply e-mail. You then can generate a purchase requisition.

 

Software Licensing Fee

Your quote includes tax, shipping, and the CA State Environmental Fee but does not include licensing fee. There is an additional $230.55 (includes tax) per computer which covers the standard Microsoft software utilized for the computers useable life. Please include this amount in your Purchasing Requisition.
