Information about the requirements and contents of the Local Educational Agency (LEA) Accountability Report Card.
The Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) annual districtwide summary report cards that summarize assessment results of LEAs statewide and disaggregated by student group. Information must also be included on high school graduation rates, teacher qualifications, other indicators used in each state’s definition of Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP), and the AYP status of all LEAs in the state.
The LEA Accountability Report Card contains data for the following categories:

- Section II. Program Improvement
- Program Improvement Status of Schools in the LEA
- Section III. Academic Assessment Results
- Standardized Testing and Reporting Program Results
- The California High School Exit Examination
- Section IV. Teachers
- Teacher Education Level
- Core Academic Classes Taught by Highly Qualified Teachers
- Section V. National Assessment of Educational Progress
- National Assessment of Educational Progress Reading and Mathematics Results by Grade Level, All Students
- National Assessment of Educational Progress Reading and Mathematics Results by Grade Level, Students with Disabilities, and/or English Language Learners
