Teacher Lead Project

In an effort to support sites with follow-up for Academic Language Development (ALD), the ELP/C&I K-8 Department has created a cadre of Teacher Leads. Teacher Leads will be receiving ALD training and follow-up sessions four times a school year in a model that will also support these teachers in developing leadership skills in group facilitation and designing and presenting professional development. The structure for the trainings are as follows:
