The event is scheduled for Saturday, May 13th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at E1-189, and ELAC's Early College Promise staff will be there to provide one-on-one assistance to help students enroll early in their Dual Enrollment courses and prepare for the Fall 2023 semester. Additionally, summer asynchronous courses will also be available for registration. We encourage students and their families to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to get ahead in their academic journey.
To help us prepare for the event, we recommend students RSVP for the event and provide their shirt size through this link: tinyurl.com/ECPEnroll . Attached to this email, you will find bilingual [English and Spanish] event flyers and a map of our ELAC campus. Please share these resources with your students and families. Remind them to bring their K-12 form signed by their counselor to assist students more effectively and ensure a smoother enrollment process.
We understand the importance of creating a helpful and supportive environment for our students. Therefore, we will be providing free food and ELAC merchandise to all who attend. This event presents an excellent opportunity for our students to get to know our campus, staff, and faculty better, and we hope that they will take advantage of it.
