The Montebello Unified School District is excited to announce the PowerSchool online student enrollment system for the 2024-2025 school year is open now. This will be for NEW students enrolling in the Montebello Unified School District.

 

El Distrito Escolar Unificado de Montebello se complace en anunciar que el sistema de inscripción de estudiantes en línea PowerSchool para el año escolar 2024-2025 ya está abierto.  Esto será para NUEVOS estudiantes solamente.

 

This website is the first step in the process to enroll a new TK-12 student for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical, and language will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information will be sent to the school.

 

Este sitio web es el primer paso en el proceso para inscribir a un nuevo estudiante TK-12 en la escuela. Se recopilará información sobre el estudiante, como contactos de emergencia, médicos e idioma. Al finalizar, la información del estudiante será enviada a la escuela.

 

If your child is in Transitional Kindergarten-12th grade and already attends a school in the Montebello Unified School District, please do NOT complete the online enrollment process.  Your child will automatically roll to the next grade.

 

Si su hijo está en el kinder de transición al grado 12 y ya asiste a una escuela en el Distrito Escolar Unificado de Montebello,  NO complete el proceso de inscripción en línea.   Su hijo pasará automáticamente al siguiente grado.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

*Attention 7th and 8th grade Parents: Tdap Booster must be updated (The last dose must be given on or after student’s seventh birthday)

  • CHPD Physical Exam for TK, Kindergarten and 1st-grade entry

  • One must be a Utility Bill  (gas, electric, water, home telephone, cable within last 3 months)
  • One must be a Driver’s License or ID card with current address
  • Any of the following:
  • Car, Health or Home Insurance Premium
  • Medical or other health insurance statement
  • Car Registration
  • TANDF/CAL Fresh documentation
  • Letter from employer on office letterhead
  • Check warrant stub
  • Credit Card/Bank Statement
  • Cellular phone Statement
  • Rental agreement that includes name and telephone number of landlord

Important Notice: 
Please be informed of the possibility that your child may be transferred to another school within the Montebello Unified School District, due to maximum student enrollment in certain grade levels at your neighborhood school. The criterion for enrollment of students to another school is based on the date and time the student completes registration. If it becomes necessary to transfer a student, the last enrolled student will be the first student moved to another school.

 

We reserve the right to ask for additional verification if necessary. Home visits may be conducted by school and/or district personnel to verify your child’s residence. Any changes in address or phone number must be reported immediately.

Tenga en cuenta la posibilidad de que su hijo sea transferido a otra escuela dentro del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Montebello, debido a la inscripción máxima de estudiantes en ciertos niveles de grado en la escuela de su vecindario. El criterio para la inscripción de estudiantes a otra escuela se basa en la fecha y hora en que el estudiante completa la inscripción. Si es necesario transferir a un estudiante, el último estudiante inscrito será el primer estudiante que se traslade a otra escuela. 

 

Nos reservamos el derecho de solicitar verificación adicional si es necesario. La escuela y/o el personal del distrito pueden realizar visitas al hogar para verificar la residencia de su hijo. Cualquier cambio de dirección o número de teléfono debe ser informado de inmediato.
